In this role, you can expect to:
+ Manage a team of integration architects, developers, and system administrators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

+ Coordinate with external vendors and consultants (e.g., MuleSoft partners) as needed.
+ Establish monitoring tools and dashboards to track integration health, system performance, and data integrity.
+ Implement security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, SOX) across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
+ Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing enhancements.
+ Partner with finance, procurement, and operations leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
+ Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for initiatives.
**What You Need to Succeed**
+ 10+ years in IT leadership, with 5+ years managing enterprise system integrations.
+ Proven track record of integrating ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, NetSuite) with SaaS platforms (e.g., Coupa, HighRadius).
+ Hands-on experience with an iPaaS solution; MuleSoft expertise (Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity) strongly preferred.
+ Prior success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-system projects.
+ Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and ETL processes.
+ Familiarity with Oracle EBS, NetSuite SuiteTalk, Coupa APIs, and HighRadius workflows.
+ Knowledge of hybrid IT environments (on-premises and cloud).
+ Experience with monitoring tools and integration metrics (e.g., MuleSoft CloudHub, custom dashboards).

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$228,000-$288,000 USD
The estimated base salary range (not including bonus/commission) for this role is:
$190,000-$240,000 USD
