What We're Looking For: Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or another related technical field. Microsoft or VMware certification is recommended. 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Server products, Exchange/Office 365, IIS, System Center and other Monitoring Systems, and SQL. 2+ years experience supporting virtual environments including application installation and support, and client support.
