In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,500 - $90,700, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. In this position you will:
Respond to IT incidents and requests according to priority. Track service requests through our incident management system, closing and notating tickets upon completion. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to support end-users either through remote means or on-site at the users' locations.
Provide tier 1 application support and account provisioning for Epic electronic health record, practice management, electronic dental record, and ancillary delivery systems (Citrix and VPN) to end users; escalate to clinical support specialists as appropriate.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support to ensure that all thin client terminals, PCs, printers, networking hardware, computer cabling, and peripheral equipment are fully functional. Arrange for and perform repair and on-site maintenance as needed, including configuration of new equipment or re-configuration of existing equipment.
Coordinate and install software and hardware for clinics. Equipment may also include printers, telecom equipment, and similar devices. Configure advanced system settings and application software at multiple workstations.
Conduct one-on-one training with individual users or groups (e.g. Office 365, MS Windows, printing, other specialized software).
Update and maintain technical documentation. Understand and follow HIPAA and security requirements.
Create network user accounts, user profiles, directory structures, rights and security for accounts, and other login credentials as appropriate.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associates degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
2-years of experience providing end-user support.
Valid WA State Driver's license and own transportation
