This role is responsible for the strategic configuration, maintenance, and optimization of integrated payroll systems (including Oracle Cloud HCM, my Time (Time & Attendance/Staff Scheduling and ADP) and processes that support effective data management, reporting and administration. The Senior Analyst provides support and direction for a product or specific module(s). Key responsibilities include system changes and enhancements, managing software releases and introducing new functionality, and supporting all aspects of the system(s) including extensions and fast formulas, integrations, and reporting as applicable. As part of an agile product team, this position is accountable for ensuring that the products meet the needs of Payroll, Leaders and employees and other stakeholders. This position partners closely with Human Resource teams, IT, and Data Operations to maintain current system functionality, implement new functionality and ensure data integrity.
