div class="mt-5" div class="redactor-styles" pstrong Machine Maintenance Technician -Electrical/strong/ppstrong Baytown Texas br//strong/pp/p pstrong Job Responsibilities: /strong/pulli Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment/lili Troubleshoot production lines - mechanical, electrical, pneumatic. /lili Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine./lili Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts, following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools./lili Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment./lili Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment./lili May operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts./lili Assist in preforming repairs such as removing gearboxes, installing and removing bearings and motors. /lili Preform minor and major equipment repairs and preventative inspections on equipment. /lili Coordinate with operations for urgent repairs, complete daily task and upcoming of records, log events, and update reports. /lili Ability to grease motors, bearings, and conveyors. /li/ul pstrong Skills/Experience Requirements: /strong/p ulli Must have 5+ years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment./lili Requires a HS Diploma/GED.
