POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner (“HRBP”) will be responsible for creating and implementing Indivior's HR strategy and policies within the group or region they are partnering. The role will ensure alignment with the corporate vision and is positioned as a key enabling function for the company.
To achieve this, the HRBP will act as a
trusted advisor
to the respective functional leadership team(s), partnering with them to understand their business objectives, talent management requirements, organizational development and other, broad human capital challenges and opportunities.
This position is a member of the global HRBP Leadership team, working in a matrix of global and functional HR business partners to deliver the global HR plans. HRBPs work with their functions/ regions to implement the global HR plans (eg for Talent Development specifically in the areas of Performance Management, Succession Planning), and to coordinate local execution of these programs in their respective geographies/ functions(s).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following for the region/ function they partner:
HR Business Strategy - Define, develop and implement progressive HR business strategies, roadmaps and initiatives for optimal structure and resourcing aligned to the specific requirements of the respective regions/functions.
Culture Building - Consistently reinforce Indivior's Guiding Principles. Support leaders in strengthening organisation and culture to develop, motivate engage and retain their teams. Helps lead and create a collaborative environment for all employees.
Change Management - Support in any relevant restructuring plans (as needed). Building good working relationships with the local and global HR center of excellence teams (Talent, Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Culture) to ensure smooth transitions.
HR Business Partnering - Ensure high impact service delivery in the following:
Organizational Design and Development
Partner closely with the leadership team to define the overall talent and business strategy, anticipating long-term HR needs and translating business plans into HR program objectives. Manage and support the alignment and employee reporting structures for talent growth and business optimization
Develop, source, or deliver development training as needed for the business function
Performance Management & Employee Relations
Resolve difficult employee relations issues, as well as evaluate and develop strategy for trends that are observed
Advise leaders and ensure performance related concerns and issues are documented and addressed in line with company policy, engaging Integrity & Compliance and legal counsel as necessary
Talent Management
Ensure the timely selection and hiring of talent working closely with compensation to ensure compensation equity and alignment to compensation philosophy
Use effective strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide feedback and coaching that helps leaders develop and grow
Delivery of the annual succession planning and development planning
Rewards & Recognition
Provide regular analysis and updates related to headcount and other metrics as required, supporting the analysis and payouts of incentive plans. Ensure that all awards are compliant and aligned with policy and appropriate.
Other Responsibilities (working with HR Centre of Excellence Leads) to :
Ensure all HRIS data is maintained accurately and in a timely matter.
Troubleshoot HRIS data issues related to employee data accuracy
Contribute and support the maintenance of the HR SharePoint sites, Teams folders, Intranet, and all respective employee files
Contributes to human resource compliance efforts by ensuring policies are enforced.
Recommends and ensures a consistent approach to business process and procedures that align with company policy.
Participate in HR department, function and/regional projects and initiatives as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualification or certification in human resource management, business, or a relevant field at the undergraduate level, or through study with an accredited HR professional body required; graduate degree preferred
Deep understanding of national, state, and local employment laws
Minimum of 6+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in a human resource-related capacity, with strong generalist HR experience
HR Business Partner experience for a function or region is essential
Industry experience in pharmaceuticals/life sciences preferred but not essential
Workday experience strongly preferred
Proven career progression within current/previous companies

Job Description
The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will be a part of Milestone Pharmaceuticals new sales team provided by EVERSANA that will be launching etripamil/CARDAMYST in the cardiovascular therapeutic space. The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting Milestone Pharmaceuticals new therapy to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indications, and all other developments related to promoted product(s). The Representative will professionally represent Milestone Pharmaceuticals and EVERSANA in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. The Representative will maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers. This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations
Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities
Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities/programs/ initiatives as identified by sales management
Ensure territory sales strategy execution using periodic territory business plan, regional business plan, and call activity reports
Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports in a timely manner and within deadlines defined by leadership
Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by sales leadership
Balance territory and regional work and projects while maintaining a solid level of sales performance
Exhibit an acceptable level of skill in all competencies
Demonstrate sales influence within territory
Travel as needed throughout the territory (to include overnights) to see targeted HCPs as required by call plan
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited College or University is required
2 + years of current related pharmaceutical/med device/diagnostics sales experience
Cardiovascular experience preferred

Strong sales aptitude and selling related experience through education and/or work experience
Documented record of sales success from previously held positions

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. About the Role:
Join our Global MSAT organization as a Process Engineer III within the MSAT Data Science & Digital Transformation (DSD) team. Key Responsibilities:
Process Modeling & Development: Develop mechanistic and hybrid models to predict and understand Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) process behavior.
Implement advanced process modeling and technologies (digital twins, PAT Raman) to optimize process tech transfer, scale-up, and enable real-time monitoring and control.

The Traveling Account Executive plays an integral role in identifying and building collaborative relationships with physicians and clinics.
