Ellen Fittro is a Chief Clinical Officer / Board Certified Behavior Analyst at InBloom Autism Services and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Over 25 years of progressive experience in executive financial management in the BPO, Transportation/Logistics and Healthcare Industries for Ryder, a publicly traded, Fortune 500 company; PRC/Alorica (a former subsidiary of USA Networks/IAC), a tier one customer service company Mednax, a publicly traded leading national medical group with over 4,225 physicians in the United States and Puerto Rico and currently InBloom Autism Services, an PE backed ABA provider with 16 locations across 8 states with over 400 clinicians.

Throughout my career, I have a proven track record of success at every organization I've worked for. I started my career in Accounting at Ryder, where in less than five years I was able to go from an entry level Staff Accountant position to a Manager/Financial Consultant position where I oversaw the corporate consolidation for a $5 billion company operating in seven countries and was extensively involved in SEC reporting; at PRC, where as a Senior Finance Executive, I led the company through periods of both rapid growth and reorganization/cost containment, culminating in the successful sale of the company to a strategic buyer which generated a significant return for the company's Private Equity investors. At Mednax, I was responsible for building the Corporate Finance function, growing the group from 9 people in 2012 to 32 in 2019. I led the company's budgeting process, including presentations to our Board of Directors and drove significant enhancements while reducing cycle times; led several strategic initiatives, including the company's Best in Class Cost and Effectiveness project which generated $40M in G&A savings in 2018/2019 and was also a key resource involved in the Cognos Business Intelligence roll-out in 2014.

I am currently the CFO of InBloom Autism Services, a PE backed ABA provider operating in 16 locations across 8 states, where I’ve helped the company more than triple in size since Q3 2019.

Will Posthumus is a Chief Marketing Officer at InBloom Autism Services and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has worked as Senior Producer, Dolphins Productions at Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium; Game Operations Assistant at Arizona Diamondbacks; and Director, Creative & Video at Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. Will studied at Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication between 2007 and 2010 and Western Michigan University between 2005 and 2007.

Chris Barlow is a Chief Operating Officer at InBloom Autism Services and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer at ENDURACARE THERAPY MANAGEMENT INC., Controller- Hamlet Hospital at HEALTH MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES, and Executive Vice President - Physician Operations at Healogics Inc.. Chris studied at Auburn University between 1984 and 1988.

Rachel Fox is a Regional CIO/BCBA at InBloom Autism Services and is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has worked as Behavior Therapist at Stepping Stones Center for Autistic Spectrum Disorders FZ LLC, Regional Director/BCBA at Autism Behavior Associates Inc., and Lead Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aspire Behavioral Care. Rachel studied at University of California Riverside between 2000 and 2005, Ball State University between 2013 and 2014, and Florida Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2012.
