Reports to: Centro Infantil Director Program/Department: Centro Infantil Classification: Hourly Responsible for the education and general development of the community children enrolled in the agency's Early Head Start-CCP Centro Infantil Program, implementing the curriculum per Early Head Start-CCP standards, educational plan, and the agency philosophy. Complete and implement an assessment for each child, identify and refer children with special needs to the social service worker. Plan and implement appropriate activities following the creative curriculum and the Center Philosophy. Adapting the curriculum and directing instruction to meet individual needs Attend and participate in all Field Trips, Parents meetings, Evaluations, Training, Fundraisers, Program Recruitment Events, and Conferences. Provide an individualization plan for each child. This plan is to be submitted monthly. Creating and maintaining a classroom environment that is well organized clean and attractive, arranges the classroom to meet the needs of each child. Plan and assist in all remodeling and cleaning of the Day Care Center. Enter screening assessment, case notes, and other documentation into the COPA system and administer the ASQ's screening to determine the growth and development of each child Respond to the child's needs in a loving and caring environment Attends The PRCC program-specific and organizational activities and meetings, including but not limited to the monthly organization-wide General Assembly Participates in organizational annual events including but not limited to the Puerto Rican People's Parade, Fiesta Boricua, Three Kings Day, and Haunted Paseo Boricua Other duties as assigned This position requires compliance with all of The PRCC's written standards, including its Standards of Conduct, all policies and procedures, and Regulatory Compliance requirements. The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Provider will provide patient and family-centered care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychiatric services. This will include the assessment and treatment of psychiatric diagnoses, as well as coordination with other members of the care team, including Trilogy and non-Trilogy clinical staff. This individual will diagnose, prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications for these disorders. The Psychiatric Provider will collaborate with the other members of the inter-professional treatment team; including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Recovery Counselors, or other internal/external treatment professionals to coordinate treatment plans and progress in an integrated health framework of care. They will also meet the required standards of Outreach programs and grants and comply with the specifications and terms. If the provider is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, they will consult with the assigned Collaborating Physician as needed and appropriate and will obtain full practice authority when eligible. They will provide information needed for credentialing to the agency or to established partner agencies and follow all required reporting guidelines. We are hiring caring, dependable and trustworthy pet lovers to join our dynamic team. We offer flexible, “as needed” Overnight Dog/House-sitter positions that work well as supplemental income. Job Description Is this a good fit for you? We are looking for candidates who: Love Animals! You don't need prior animal work experience, but should enjoy providing companionship to dogs, cats and other little critters. Enjoy being outside in all four seasons and the weather that comes with them! (Rain, snow, heat, cold, wind...) Live near our service area: Because Heaven Sent does not compensate for travel time/commute, we are mainly interested in candidates who live in or near (within 10-15 miles) one of our service areas (Wilmette, Evanston, or Kenilworth). Provide excellent customer service through personalized notes, photos, and messages Enjoy walking and are able to handle the activity level of walking dogs for 3-5 walks per day (1½ - 2½ hours). You must be able to do so with a focus on safety Have strength to safely control dogs of all sizes and breeds. (It's a plus if you can manage 2 dogs at a time (from one household)) Qualifications Requirements: OVERNIGHT STAYS: must sleep over in client's home with client's animals from 7pm-7am (at a minimum). Available Holidays: be available to house-sit during the entire week for at lease 2 of our “Premium Holidays” (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's and Spring Break) Equipment Needed: (1) smartphone with data plan and (2) reliable insured car (preferred) Background & References: must (1) be at least 21 years old; (2) provide personal and professional references; (3) submit previous employers for verification; and (4) willing to submit to background check if a position is offered Pet Care: able to manage (1) all pet feedings & medications; (2) other tasks such as bringing in mail/newspaper, plant care, cleaning up messes (ie: hairballs, accidents), and (3) keeping the home in order while clients away.
