Responsibilities

Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion Implementation PM to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is pivotal in the Printing/Publishing industry, focusing on the implementation of Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will be able to handle both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in a remote work environment, and will serve as a link between the product and development teams.
Responsibilities:

This position will provide facility, in-home and Community-Based Behavioral services for children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. The lead behavior technician will work with individuals and families to provide person-centered care and treatment services. This position will take the lead on each shift provided at an approved work site to ensure the treatment team is functioning smoothly and all daily requirements are complete.

Implement behavioral health treatment by providing intensive services based off the individual's mental health needs including, but not limited to:
Skills development, problem-solving, conflict resolution, emotions/behavior management, developing positive coping mechanisms, and managing mental health and behavioral symptoms.
Provide personal care when necessary, including support and supervision in personal hygiene, eating, communication, mobility, toileting, and dressing.
Provide Crisis Prevention & Intervention, as needed and when approved.
As assigned, assist in the general referral, admission, and transition of individuals into and within the organization.
Assure that proper procedures are followed regarding each individual and their inherent rights.
Maintain data, documents, records, and materials related to assigned individuals and their ISP. Assist in monitoring goal progression. Identify and document when interventions are needed for specific goals due to lack of progression.
Involve individuals to whatever capacity possible in community events and activities.
Assist as needed with ambulation and/or transfer of individuals with mobility impairments.

Newly Hired staff receives training to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and ongoing RBT supervision. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 6p/Saturday 9a - 3p

Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Implements behavioral intervention and therapeutic procedures defined by behavior analysts in areas of language, play, social, adaptive, coping, and other skills.
Supports and provides intervention to patients in home, school, and community settings.
Participates in meetings to clarify and update the client's intervention plan.
Collects data related to all therapy activities and complete clinical documentation as directed.
Protects child's right to confidentiality and maintains appropriate relationships with the client, family, and other professionals.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in psychology, special education, speech or language, or related field, required.
Certifications:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)or ability to gain certification within first 90 days of employment, required. Newly hired staff receive training to become certified as a RBT and ongoing RBT supervision.
Certification in Marcus Crisis Prevention Program safety training and other safety protocols within 60 days of employment, required.
Skills:
Ability to problem solves when novel or challenging situations arise.
Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to seek and accept feedback.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Experience:
Experience working with children, preferred.

Registered Behavioral Technician - The Licking Regional ESC is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to immediately join our Related Service Team to work at Newark City Schools! The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis.
RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Applicant would have completed the 40-hour training class and have successfully passed the competency exam.
