Interacting with my fellow employees and customers. Having fun with the company while working at the same time.

Pros of working at IHOP

I got along with the cooks and management, but I did not like how the servers would start and encourage drama.

There were toxic work relationships with people who like to fight and cause drama between workers.

My manager got me toothpaste. When people aren't talking about each other, it's really like a family. I had mentioned casually that I hadn't been able to go to the store for personal reasons and restock my sensitive tooth paste and she got it for me the next day.

I Would like to have more organized pay and also have a more organized schedule, which would help me finish with school.
