Position Description
The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain will be responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of Investigational Product to Rezolute's multiple clinical trials and Named Patient programs. Working with Technical Operations colleagues from Supply Operations, FDP Manufacturing and Labeling and Quality Assurance, the individual will act as the liaison with Clinical Operations to generate Clinical FDP distribution strategies and production plans.
The individual will work amongst a team of CMC experts in a matrix organization, capitalizing on each other's expertise in a highly collaborative and agile environment to advance a pipeline of metabolic disease and orphan drug therapeutics.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain, this role is 100% REMOTE, proximity to Rezolute's Redwood City office is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally with Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, external vendors, and other subject matter experts to create and maintain a quality focused, patient-first supply chain network.
Manage clinical supply demand and supply models for Rezolute's clinical programs, including Expanded Access Programs

POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this new role, The Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations Planning will lead and oversee all aspects of supply chain strategy and operational planning to support the organization's strategic objectives and ensure seamless execution.
The successful candidate will lead clinical and commercial supply chain operations, managing key aspects of technical operations such as budgeting, inventory management, and manufacturing planning for drug substance and drug product. This role is critical in supporting regulatory filings (IND and NDA) and driving the commercialization of the company's assets. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the supply chain and operations planning function across all programs.
Establish and lead a Supply & Sales Operations Planning (S&OP) forum to manage inventory-based demand forecasts.
Lead clinical supply chain activities and partner with clinical operations to manage supply requirements, ensuring the timely delivery of materials for all trials.

Oversee the selection, management, and operations of providers, including third-party logistics (3PL) and commercial packaging and labeling partners.
Drive operations planning activities, including budget planning and strategic material build plans across raw materials, drug substance, drug product and finished goods, considering supplier capacity, demand, and risk mitigation.
Partner with finance and other leaders to manage Technical Operations budget.
Engage with Executive Leadership to proactively identify risks and recommend creative mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with the CMC leadership and functional teams, drug substance, drug product, analytical development, quality assurance, quality control and regulatory CMC.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree is required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.

Who You Are
The Director/Sr. Director, Clinical Supply Chain Management will be responsible for end-to-end clinical supply chain management activities related to managing the supply of Investigational Products (IP), including packaging, labeling, distribution, and demand forecasting for multiple clinical studies through all stages of clinical development. The role will partner closely with Clinical Operations and CMC/Manufacturing teams and partner stakeholders to ensure a timely and uninterrupted supply of IP required for clinical studies. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of clinical packaging and labeling activities, including label design, translation, production, distribution, and inventory management
Act as a key interface between the CMC and clinical operation teams
Provide total demand and translate the total demand into a demand forecast over time based on a clinical protocol or study overview
Prepare a supply plan to support the demand forecast, including the determination of supply overage amounts, monitor inventory, and provide regular inventory updates to project teams
Monitor drug expiry/retest dating; initiate inventory release and re-supply, serving as the unblinded inventory manager
