The Measurement Technician is accountable for the safe installation, operation, maintenance and calibration of measurement and instrumentation devices on all oil and gas equipment and assets to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The Utilities Division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City's water treatment plant, 32 water wells, and 19 booster station facilities and share another water plant with the Town of Gilbert.
