Vacation if the administration can get it right. Too many bought members looking to take your lively hood by snitching on other members to cause loss of employment and heavy fines for small infractions unrelated to contracts or constitution. Absolutely zero representation for members and racially bias against black and women. Brotherhood it is.
I found that I love Electrician work.
Slow, I want to work, learn, make good money and willing to relocate/travel, and make a good employee.
I get to work with tools, and do not mind getting dirty, and learning about electricity is knowledgeable.
Flexibility
Drama guys are queens for sure.
All of the benifits, the change of scenery, people, the training.
My top main reasons why i Love working with My Brothers & Sisters would be; That the projects are a massive opportunity for everyone in that field because we gain Knowledge, Wisdom, & how to trouble shoot a complex situation, their project have a starting point and a ending point with a time limit, witch helps us employs to work overtime if necessary, three shift , witch helps us finish as a Team United!
Their is nothing that I don't like about this working there, because We All Win As A Team, and We all take very good care of each other, and decide what is the Best Moment for all Brothers and Sisters.
The benefit of saving money to buy a house.
What I love about working with My Brothers and Sisters i gain knowledge, Wisdom, & how to solve complex situations . They have the best of Project for the employs and everyone in the International Brother Of Electricians, we have a time limit to finish up the projects and if we need to work overtime or three shifts we will do it!
Their is Nothing that I dislike being a Member of this massive movement.
