This position is on-site (5 days a week) located at our headquarters in Tysons, VA (1600 Tysons Boulevard, Suite 100, McLean, VA 22102).
Responsibilities:
* Create, organize, validate, and maintain personnel files.
* Serve as the main POC for all personnel files.
* Validate that personnel files are complete and comply with Acentra standards.
* Organize hard copy personnel files.
* Scan paper documents.
* Digitize various electronic documents (including those that have been recently scanned).
* Validate that the digitized documents have been ingested in the UKG HRIS and that the documents are readable and searchable from within UKG.
* Create, gather, review, analyze, complete and audit high volume of new hire paperwork, including I-9s, E-Verify and retention of employment eligibility forms in a compliant and timely manner
* Generate employee letters and documentation as needed either via HRIS, Word mail merge or Adobe PDF
* Assist in collecting data for compliance audits (UHY, URAC, others).
* Assist and validate license and certifications as part of primary source verification
* Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
