The Opportunity

The Individual
* Requires 9+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering or related discipline. 7+ years of experience with Master's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 7+ years of UX/Human Factors applying user-centered design methodologies including generative research, user needs assessment, design concepts, and usability evaluations in support of product development.
* 5 years of experience in leadership role.
* 5 years of experience applying Human Factors techniques and methodologies towards the design and development of medical devices in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. (e.g., FDA human Factors guidance, IEC 62366, AAMI HE75).
* Confidence in conducting customer-facing activities.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
