The candidate will ideally have at least 7+ years of land surveying, construction, boundary and topographic surveying. Duties:
Produce CAD drawings on projects including boundary, topographic, land title surveys and construction calculations.
Assist in reviews and processes results of field surveys.
Assist in tracking project scopes and budgets.
Prepare legal descriptions.
Research survey records and land titles to obtain information regarding property boundaries, areas to be surveyed.
Coordinate research findings with work of engineers, clients and others involved in projects.
Verifies accuracy of field survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Prepare data, charts, plots maps, records and documents related to surveys.
Perform other related land survey project tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Takes active steps in the pursuit of winning new business or additional opportunities with existing clients and may be responsible for a stated portion of office sales goal. Assists and/or leads team in pursuit of new work (repeat work, SOQ and Proposals). Develops and/or executes project Win strategy.

Proactively works with PM to strategize resolving issues that impact project performance. Reviews progress with PM at least monthly (including & completes vs. % spent) and that PM is adhering to weekly rhythm.
Successfully contributes to the overall profitability and financial performance on projects.
Oversees staff deliverables and production assigned to their projects to ensure client, legal, and company requirements are met.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years' experience.
California LSIT or Professional Land Surveyor registration required.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Experience with Trimble Business Center for surveying support, GPS adjustments, and processing scanning data a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plus.
Knowledge and experience in the principals and practice of land surveying in California.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills for supervising field crews, and working collaboratively with teams of engineers, architects and sub-contractors.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D required knowledge of Micro-Station and Trimble Business Center a plus.

Annual Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $106,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the selected candidate(s). The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. AECOM's Disaster Response team is looking for an **Environmental Technician in the Los Angeles area** to support California wildfire recovery efforts. This position may assist in environmental investigation programs such as environmental drilling investigation, soil, groundwater and soil vapor sampling. In this role you'll have the opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team to manage projects related to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, state-level equivalent reviews, and environmental permitting. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a NCARB accredited program
Minimum 6 years of related experience in institutional projects
Ability to read redlines and modify Revit models and other documents accurately
Proficient in Revit Architecture and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem solving/analysis, and technical capacity to research and apply building codes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong task-oriented time management
possess proven teamwork abilities and work well in an open office
Produce design and construction drawings using information from supervisor, research data, and input from consultants

Annual Base Salary Range: $83,000-$91,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the selected candidate(s). The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate's individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.
