Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to help ensure customer satisfaction for our larger customers. The position is located on the customer's premises where the primary responsibility of the Attendant is distributing uniforms to the customer's employees. Responsibilities include promptly and efficiently responding to customer inquiries and concerns face to face; maintaining and stocking inventory; fixing minor repairs; delivering product to various locations of customer facility; ordering and labeling new garments; organizing the room for garment handout; and maintaining a record of daily transactions. This is an independent position which requires the ability to make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service at all times, including making decisions regarding product quality requirements. Attendants must also adhere to both Cintas' and the customer's applicable safety programs/procedures. The Attendant must be a team player and have basic knowledge of computers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Push, pull and turn a 50-70 pound linen cart, when loaded. Stand 8 hours, no reaction to chemicals, frequent arm movement.
Change bed linen while bending and tucking in sheets and blankets under mattress. The weight of the mattress depends upon the size (king, queen, double, etc.). Supply guests with extra linen upon request.
Dusts and polishes furniture using household cleaners, reaching up to 6 feet high.
Sanitizes and scrubs bathtub, sink, toilet, and floor while kneeling/stretching/bending.
Lifts a 15-18 pound vacuum cleaner and vacuums guest rooms.
Moves furniture in room as necessary, weighing up to 15 pounds.
Loads linen cart, which requires bending and reaching 6 feet high and lifting roughly 7 pounds per linen bundle.
Replaces guest amenities.
Walks extensively to and from employee entrance, Housekeeping Department, and assigned station.
Knocks on guest doors and announces their presence before entering a room.
Communicates with guests, Executive Housekeeper and Security personnel.
Removes Room Service tables and trays from guest rooms and puts into hallway.
Notifies supervisors of any conspicuous people or problems, such as missing room items, damage, pets, engineering problems, etc.
Follow proper procedure for all lost and found items left in guest rooms.
Inform supervisors of early check outs, refuse service or late service rooms.
