Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Clean all assigned areas including but not limited to rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, hallways, nursing stations, hand rails, dining rooms, shower rooms, public bathrooms and offices as assigned.
Wipe all railings in your assigned area each day and dusts mop all assigned area daily, moving furniture away from walls.
Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Cleans the inside of resident room windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets, transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Stock housekeeping cart at the end of the day, keeping the cart in a clean orderly fashion with chemicals not in use locked inside the cart.
Loading and unloading washer and dryer.
Folding laundry.
Distributing patient personal clothes after getting washed.
Follow established safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals and use as directed.
Adhere to Lifeways, OSHA, State and Federal safety standard precautions, i.e. infectious control, PPE's and isolation rooms.

JOB OVERVIEW - HOUSEKEEPER/ROOM ATTENDANT
Some of our guests love being on the road but many travelers miss the comforts of home. The goal of our Housekeeping team is to make our hotel feel like just that, a home! As a Housekeeper, your contribution helps ensure our guests have a comfortable, productive and memorable stay.
A TYPICAL DAY:
Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards.
Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies.
Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel.
Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
Clean multiple rooms each day.
Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Position Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry. This position reports to the Rooms Division Manager.

Primary Duties:
Front Office Operations: Daily property operations including reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins. Review and approval of front office paperwork and reports.
Guest Services: Ensuring guest needs are met. Conduct tours for potential guests and close sales. Fulfill special guest requests (e.g., linen exchanges).
Laundry Duties: Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain clean and organized laundry area.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property.
Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.

Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasionally ladders.

Overview
The Changeover & Cleaning Staff position will have shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include setting up events with tables, chairs, stages, and AV equipment, performing daily cleaning such as restrooms, vacuuming, and trash removal, and handling general maintenance tasks like inspecting, washing, replacing items, and ensuring everything is in working order.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00.

Responsibilities
Setting-up and tearing down flooring, chairs, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment
Meet the physical demands of this job, which include being able to get in and around the facility (requires personal mobility), bending, lifting, carrying, moving, climbing, working from various heights, and moderate to loud noises
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with other in both oral and written form
Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Work effectively under pressure and stringent schedule to produce accurate results
Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, other employees, and patrons encountered in the course of employment
Service and repair all equipment.
Check bathrooms, garbage, and building cleanliness

Responsible for correct set up and tear down for events
Flexible hours - daytime, late evening, overnight and early morning hours

Responsible for keeping all areas in safe, clean condition

Qualifications
