Operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and swing stages as needed. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of harnesses and fall protection. Perform quality checks to ensure durability and proper sealing. Remove old or failing caulking and replace with new materials as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors. Qualifications: Previous experience in caulking, waterproofing, or construction preferred. Must be at least 21 years old.
