The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
Replenish chemical bottles.
Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the standards.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to stand during entire shift.

Your Role as Housekeeper
Multiple part-time, on-site positions open for a Housekeeper at Diamond House Detox & Recovery in Sacramento, CA. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a crucial role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Your work directly supports the health and recovery of those we serve by ensuring our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of housekeeping experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a similar setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with infection control practices and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
Successful completion of background check, drug test, physical, and TB screening.
Valid driver's license and proof of active personal vehicle insurance.
