Manage reservations and waitlists to optimize seating arrangements. Answer the phone, take reservations, and assist guests with inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized entrance area. Coordinate with servers and management to ensure an efficient seating process. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the host station. Qualifications: Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
