Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces. Assist with table setups, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items as needed. Process guest payments accurately using the POS system. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling guidelines. Participate in pre-shift meetings to review service expectations, daily specials, and operational updates. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
