Must be able to multitask and communicate well with supervisors, bar, kitchen, and service team. As the Emergency Department Greeter, you will open the door to warm and caring customer service that supports patients in emergency or critical medical situations. This includes greeting and acknowledging all customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival at the Emergency Department; assisting department staff by facilitating communication with patients and their family and friends; providing immediate and responsive customer service to enhance a positive experience for patients; and handling any issues that may arise or make referrals for appropriate resolutions. We are looking for someone with genuine communication and customer service skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.
