Assist the Host in the set-up and clean-up of the room, including moving tables and chairs as needed, setting out and putting away flowers, folding tables and chairs, setting out and cleaning up snacks, beverages, and used service items such as cups, glasses, etc.
Assist the Host, as directed, in other ways as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the room and the utmost comfort of the guests
Refrain from personal conversations with guests
Maintain total discretion and respect for the confidentiality of all conversations between guests
