This role includes handling the employee lunch line, delivering meals to offices in an in-room dining style, and maintaining meeting rooms.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Set up, serve, and break down a buffet-style lunch for over 150 employees
Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure the buffet is full and minimize waste
Break down and unload large shipments
Restock and maintain satellite kitchens
Assist with offsite events at the CEO'S family home or after-hour events in their clubroom
Qualifications and Skills:

What will you do?
Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of important service information
