WHO YOU WORK WITH
The Camp Host will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Assistant General Manager.
WHAT YOU BRING
High school degree or GED equivalent
Previous customer service experience required
Thorough knowledge of the recreation industry programs and amenities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Working an in outdoor setting, the employee must be able to perform in all types of weather conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities
The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities which may occur inside or outside the restaurant:
* Complete all training requirements including:
* Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan
* Hands-on stations training
* Any additional training required by Zax LLC
* Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
* Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
* Maintain awareness of current promotions
* Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
* Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brand
* Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
* Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system
* Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
* Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
* Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
* Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior
* Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
* Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages
* Keep work areas clean and organized

Job Qualifications
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
