The Host/Hostess is responsible for the first impression when members and guests walk into our dining facilities, and has the distinct ability to have a direct impact on the experience of our members and guests. The Host/Hostess will assist members with their reservations, taking them to their assigned tables, and assisting the Food and Beverage staff as needed. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and guests at the door with a smile and warm greeting, using guest name whenever possible.
Maintain eye contact and correct posture.
Manage reservations and walk-in's in an organized fashion.
Schedule reservations over the phone, email, or in person requests.
