Who You Are
We're looking for a Growth & Retention Marketing Manager to join our small, dynamic Product Marketing team here at HomeLight. In this role, you'll grow our emerging and existing products for our agent and loan officer partners. You'll brainstorm and execute go-to-market tests and retention strategies. You'll build sales enablement and channel content in a fast-paced environment - all while joining an energetic and creative team. You're a scrappy ideas person who loves to test and iterate, and you're obsessed with details. You have a knack for breaking down and communicating complex concepts and positioning and are used to driving cross-functional collaboration and results across multiple teams.
This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
What You'll do Here
You'll work with our Sales, Marketing, Design, Lifecycle, Operations, and Product teams to find new and innovative ways to drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents across the country, including:
Own the GTM of our enterprise lender partners and drive retention with existing partners, experimenting and scaling effective launch and retention marketing strategies to grow registrations, demos, leads, and brand loyalty with our key lender partners
Identify new opportunities and ideas for us to test, measure, and iterate to drive product adoption across our portfolio
Craft positioning and messaging to market our products to loan officers, real estate agents, and clients nationwide
Develop content that's simple, polished, and engaging in a variety of formats, including marketing materials like one-pagers and social media templates, customer sales events and industry conferences, emails, and training webinars.
Manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, using your organizational and communication skills to keep everything on track.
What You Bring
4+ years of relevant growth, product, or marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment with advancing responsibilities
Experience using data to prioritize growth and product marketing campaigns, measure performance, and guide strategy
Experience owning and building in tools including Webflow, HubSpot, Iterable, AirTable, HotJar, Canva, Figma, and more
Stellar copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex products into easy-to-understand, compelling content
The ability to prioritize projects based on impact and manage multiple projects at a time.
Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently manage relationships with cross-functional partners, customers, executives, and external vendors alike
An eye for detail and an innate brand sense
A four-year college degree; Marketing or Communications major a plus

Who You Are
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Contract Advisor to manage the pipeline for HomeLight's Buy Before You Sell product. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, working with both external loan officers, processors, and loan assistants as well as internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process.
You'll be the quarterback of the transaction, ensuring all required documentation is completed, tracking files through closing, and proactively managing communication across multiple channels (Slack, email, phone, Zoom, and internal tools).
What You'll Do Here
Pipeline Management: Handle 30-40 files in a slow season and up to 50-60 closings per month.
Communication Hub: Be the main point of contact for Loan Officers (LOs), Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), and Processors, ensuring they complete required tasks to keep deals moving forward.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that the questionnaire, title contact info, equity amount, and mortgage documents are properly completed and uploaded via the portal.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including:
Processing Team (equity loans, initial disclosures)
Approval Team
Listing Operations Team (back-up offers, transaction support)
Capital Markets
Tech & Workflow Management: Use the Sales App, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack, and the internal portal to track and update transactions.
Problem-Solving & Support: Answer questions about the Buy Before You Sell program from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Verify documents, flag missing information, and follow up to keep files moving forward.
Upload & Manage Documents: Ensure that all required docs (inspections, mortgage files, approvals) are correctly uploaded and stored in the system.

+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for training purposes, for reference during critical issues and for seamless operations.

Who You Are
We're looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our small, dynamic marketing team here at HomeLight. In this role, you'll help grow usage of our flagship financial products with our loan officer and real estate agent partners. You'll brainstorm and execute acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including lifecycle, sales enablement, loyalty & rewards programs, event marketing, and more. You're a scrappy ideas person who loves to roll up their sleeves to build, test, and iterate. You're obsessed with details, have a knack for breaking down and communicating complex concepts and positioning, and are used to driving cross-functional collaboration and results across multiple teams.
This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
What You'll Do Here
You'll work with our Sales, Design, Lifecycle, Operations, and Product teams to find new and innovative ways to drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents across the country, including:
Increase engagement and retention rates with our existing customers by building, launching, testing, and scaling effective retention marketing campaigns
Drive top of funnel MQLs for prospective enterprise partners and drive acquisition of new loan officers at existing partners
Identify new opportunities for us to test, measure, and iterate to drive product adoption across our portfolio
Develop content that's simple, polished, and engaging in a variety of formats, including marketing materials like one-pagers and social media templates, customer sales events and industry conferences, emails, training webinars, and more
Manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, using your organizational and communication skills to keep everything on track
What You Bring
2-3+ years experience in B2B, engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing
Experience using engagement marketing platforms to improve activation, onboarding, and retention of customers (Iterable, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.)
Experience ideating, building, testing, and scaling new campaigns for different segments
Experience working directly with and in support of sales, marketing, and product teams
Strong copywriting skills and excellent creativity
Strong analytical skills and a data-focused mentality
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Strong organization, communication, and project management experience, allowing you to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities

The Senior Director, ICS FP&A will report directly to the VP, ICS FP&A and lead the ICS Consolidation annual strategy and operating plan cycles, manage the ICS investment prioritization processes, lead Project ICON workstream for ICS. In this role, the Senior Director will collaborate across finance, product, Project ICON office and technology, leading process improvements and provide business insights on the ICS Segment. This role will work directly with members of ICS HQ Finance team to achieve reliable and timely segment analyses.
This is a highly visible role with exposure to executive management. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with executive management, lead process improvement and guide transformative analytics and has the ambition to drive change.

General Responsibilities:
+ Oversee FP&A cycles including Operating Plan and Strategy Plan including set deadlines, design templates, and maintain integrity of reporting requirements for the broader ICS organizations deliverables and analysis
+ Lead annual investment prioritization process working with ICS BU finance leads, ICS Product, Project ICON Lead and collaborate with ICS technology team including setting deadlines and business case templates for the right investment measures and analysis
+ Collaborate with Centralize ICS Technology Finance team
+ Facilitate senior leadership decision making by developing reliable, timely, and accurate analyses of financial trends, identifying key performance drivers, problem areas, and providing financial support / measurement of key initiatives.
+ Lead projects and initiatives that span across financial and business areas with BU Finance teams, as well as Corporate FP&A and Financial Reporting
+ Partner closely with Segment finance leaders, building and developing strong relationships
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent experience required
+ Master's in business administration highly desired (but not required)
+ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Decision support, Sales Finance. Financial services industry experiences helpful
+ Proven ability to drive change management
+ Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making based on analytics and sound judgment
+ Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skill with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations
+ Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to identify and leverage best practices
+ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Power BI and Anaplan desired but not required
Salary range $150,000 - $195,000. Bonus Eligible.

Broadridge is growing! We're seeking a seasonal Proxy Vote Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this role you will perform validation and audits on annual Proxy Shareholder Meeting Votes and data, against internal Account Holding Systems, utilizing Excel.

This is a temporary, contract role expected to last through the end of June 2025. The work schedule is Monday-Friday with some overtime required, and some weekends. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of new procedures that ensure the accuracy of our voting process, as well as provide training and ongoing Associate feedback
Conduct audit testing of specified proxy voting and reporting processes, perform audits of proxy contests, completion of special projects as requested, analysis and interpretation of proxy voting results (including un-voted proxies, proxy coding errors, etc.)
Assist in handling procedures and documentation to ensure that Vote Audit is aligned with ISO and Sarbanes Oxley, as well as Broadridge corporate policies, and SEC and NYSE regulations
Analyze and verify that votes sampled were processed correctly, help prepare daily vote auditing statistics
Execute daily audits of the proxy voting process, and ensure votes are updated properly on the Proxy Plus System
Coordinate with internal and external auditors in their reviews of the voting process
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of Excel formulas and v-lookups with the ability to build charts, pivot tables, and macros
Ability to analyze and understand complex transactions
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Auditing, Accounting or Quality Assurance preferred but not required
Strong communication, analytical skills and organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask, and recognize the importance of deadlines
Must be flexible to work overtime during busy times
Available to work in-office 2 days per week at our Long Island, NY location
