Perform palliative and post-mortem care as needed. Perform routine care rounds on each assigned resident, at minimum, every two hours (or more frequently as indicated). Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance. Knows the location of each resident, reminds them to sign out when they leave the building, and notifies the supervisor immediately if unable to locate a resident. Follows proper procedure for clocking in and out for shifts. Follows guidelines for uniforms and wears name badge daily. Performs other duties as assigned.
