Pros of working at Holzer Health System
Close to home. Making a difference in the community that I live in and my children are growing up in
Cons of working at Holzer Health System
Low pay. No TRUE paid holidays as we have to use our PTO in order to get compensated for a holiday. Pay increases are across the board. There is no reward for being hardworking, reliable and a company person. Performance is not factored in to wage increases. The employee that just does the bare minimum gets the same increase as the person that goes above and beyond and wears many hats.
