We are seeking a skilled NDT Level II Technician to perform MFL, UT, MT, LT/BT, and PT inspections in accordance with industry codes and customer requirements. This role involves data collection, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring positive client and team relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Skills and knowledge to interpret NDT requirements, codes, and standards required by contract. Must be able to perform the following NDT Methods: Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Ultrasonic (UTT) Testing, Magnetic Particle (MT) Testing, Vacuum Box (LT/BT) Testing and Penetrant (PT) Testing. Collect and process data created by the inspections, in accordance with the HMT and customer's procedures and requirements. Drive a vehicle safely in an oil and gas facility and field sites. Be proficient with standard computer software (such as MS Word and Excel). Maintain a positive relationship between client, facility and customer; and promote a positive attitude towards coworkers. Ensure that all HMT safety policies and procedures are being followed. Clean driving record Must pass DISA background and drug and alcohol screen Current Driver's License from state of residence Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. Willingness to Travel up to 75%+ Required Qualifications & Education Must be able to pass HMT certification standards Additional certifications desired, but not required are: Certifications in AMMFL, ACFM, SLOFEC are a plus. Passport is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel. Essential Duties: Develop and effectively communicate the Utility Operation master schedule and operational plan using ERP data and capacity planning techniques Coordinate and communicate daily/weekly/monthly production work priorities/schedules and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements across seven Utility Manufacturing facilities Act as a mentor/coach to site specific scheduling teams Monitors performance towards established production plans and communicates relevant project information to other departments as appropriate Resolve schedule conflicts as they arise and prepare project recovery schedules as needed Develop and manage capacity planning (manpower, machinery, and materials) and scheduling tools to help identify capacity constraints via S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning process) Ownership of the connection between the S&OP process and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) Monitors forward load reports and schedules to recommend overtime and staffing levels for affected work areas Coordinate multi-site production between locations/divisions within Sabre Reports to management and across business functions for routine planning updates as well as anticipated constraints or interruptions in the plan Lead weekly cross functional MPS reviews Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to measure actual to planned performance Additional duties as assigned Position Requirements: Experience and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (preferably Epicor Vantage) 10 years manufacturing production experience with at least 5 years in production planning/scheduling and prefer 2 years in master scheduling role. Comparable manufacturing experience will be considered. APICS certification preferred Comfortable and adept in all Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP functions). Scope of Responsibility: The Maintenance Manager directs the Maintenance department to perform equipment repairs, and schedules preventive maintenance for all production equipment. This position initiates operating improvements through innovative maintenance techniques and manages the preventative maintenance program through the plant and equipment. Essential Duties: * Minimizes operating costs, and optimizes the utilization of technicians, materials and assets. * Partners with Production Supervisors to effectively perform maintenance and repair equipment failures. * Provides technical expertise to increase the number of zero breakdown machines and reduce breakdown reoccurrences. * Interfaces with operations, safety, facilities and planning at daily production meetings on status of all equipment. * Coordinates maintenance and improvement learning's by gathering and maintaining knowledge from "outside in" experiences. * Coordinates processes to develop and train maintenance, manufacturing technicians, and supervisors on how to effectively operate equipment. * Coordinates the Planned Maintenance (PM) process and technician resources to deliver reliable maintenance processes establishing critical equipment priorities and spare parts inventory status for all new equipment and modifications. * Drives improvements during equipment changes to deliver new procedures, breakdown reduction, root cause analysis, risk and hazard analysis toolkits and manages the reduction of breakdown reoccurrences using a tracking process. * Maintains an integrated maintenance master plan and works with Purchasing to manage costs. * Leads a team of Maintenance professionals across multiple operating shifts to ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed. * Promotes a working environment that exhibits strong communication and teamwork within and outside of the Maintenance Department. * Develops and ensures adherence to preventive maintenance activities for all manufacturing, logistical, and facility assets. * Ensures new, changed or obsolete equipment is properly monitored and preventive maintenance criteria and frequency are adjusted accordingly. * Monitors and measures equipment performance such as planned vs. unplanned maintenance activity, burden rates, mean time between failures, rate of return, maintenance costs and similar metrics. * Provides (or ensures provision of) strong technical expertise and training to Maintenance professionals. * Manages maintenance and repair work orders and ensures proper scheduling of priorities for Maintenance personnel and resources. * Ensures proper document control and updating of Maintenance policies, procedures, and records. * Assists the management team to ensure equipment is safe to operate and promotes environmental stewardship. * Actively seeks and evaluates new equipment or improvements to existing equipment that will lower operating expenses or future capital investments. * Manage Maintenance activities by way of CMMS or similar Maintenance Management software application. * Additional duties as assigned. Position Duties: * Bachelor's degree (preferred) and/or equivalent work experience. * Extensive technical and mechanical knowledge in Maintenance-related skills and trades such as electrician, tool and die maker, machinist and fabricator, HVAC technician, plumber, and heavy equipment and material handling mechanic. * Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of heavy industry mechanical systems including Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical. * Minimum 5 years' experience in Heavy Manufacturing as a Maintenance Technician (or similar). * Experience in maintenance planning. * Basic computer skills: Data management and analysis; word processing; spreadsheets, email and internet. * Minimum 5 years of experience delivering reliability improvements in a fast changing manufacturing plant environment(s). * Minimum 2 years experience managing Maintenance Team Leads and employees. * Applied working knowledge of time, condition, and predictive based maintenance processes. * Demonstrated competency managing Technicians and/or Mechanics who are experienced primarily in machine maintenance as well as electrical in a manufacturing plant. * Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Experience managing Planned Maintenance practices. * Experience coaching, mentoring, motivating and managing employees' skills. * Willingness and ability to work flexible hours across all shifts as needed to meet business demands. The painter/blaster is also responsible for understanding and complying with safety and environmental regulations and policies as they pertain to the painting & blasting procedures. Essential Duties: * Operate all associated paint/compressor equipment including guns, hoppers and collection systems * Follow blue prints for the coating dimensions and measurements accurately * Prepare and set-up/blast with sand, shot, or grit * Use blaster to prepare part or assembly surface for coating * Apply high build epoxies according to project specifications Apply paint. Use professional painting techniques with industrial spray equipment, airbrushes and industrial paint booth methodologies while following SSPC painting practices * Utilize a variety of spraying devices and air powered sprayers * Maintain paint equipment and troubleshoot or report issues * Clean and maintain associated compressors * Achieve/maintain consistent DFT * Electronically collect labor hours and track process information on each job * Identify material by job number, piece mark, labels and/or other applicable indicators * Maintain compliance with regulations and policies regarding safe storage, use and disposal of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes * Follow established housekeeping standards * Additional duties as assigned Position Requirements: * Prior paint booth/blast and Manufacturing experience highly preferred * Regular, consistent & timely attendance is required * Knowledge of hand tools, grinders and proper PPE during use * Knowledge of basic shop mathematics, addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals * Basic understanding of English is required. Scope of Responsibility: This position provides the expertise and technical support necessary to manage safety, health, medical, Workers' Compensation and environmental programs within Sabre Industries. This position manages Sabre's efforts to prevent the occurrence of safety, health, medical and environmental issues and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety, health and environmental regulations. This requires that the incumbent remain up to date on current and proposed regulations and evaluate the impact on our day to day operations. This position along with the Human Resources Manager will act as the interface with Government Agencies that deal with health, safety and environmental issues. This includes, but is not limited to, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Essential Duties: * Comply with all environmental, health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies. * Employee may have responsibilities of handling, storing and/or shipping hazardous waste. * Responsibilities may include the signing of manifests. * To support management in providing a safe and healthful workplace, this position shall be responsible for the following: * Perform Risk Assessments with all departments to determine the potential hazards of new processes and projects (capital projects and others) and ensure that all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, along with industry standards, (ANSI, NFPA, ACGIH) are followed. * Manage MSDS Program for materials used, received and/or processed at the facility. * Determine the potential health effects of any new chemical under consideration for use within STS. * Manage chemical, noise, and radiation exposure monitoring programs. * Review and approve all safety equipment and procedures. * Develop and implement JSA's and training programs in the use of safety equipment including PPE, chemical hazards, noise hazards, physical hazards and safe operating practices, and help line management implement them. * Maintains recordkeeping system for all safety training programs. * Manage the accident elimination program by tracking and reporting accident rates and developing management's accident investigation techniques. * Maintain the OSHA 300 log. * Manage Workers' Compensation program. * Create and maintain partnerships with managers, supervisors, medical provider and workers comp carrier to manage workers comp claims and drive down related costs. * Develop and implement emergency evacuation plans and procedures. * Participate in management health, safety and environmental audits. * Oversees employee safety committee * Ensures training and maintenance of procedures for first responder's teams. * Ensures company's contractor safety and training compliance. * Develops JSA's and other S & E programs and trains employees, supervision and management in all areas of safety and environmental needs and requirements. * To support management in complying with applicable environmental regulations, this position shall be responsible for the following: * Manage hazardous waste disposal program, including all manifesting, disposal site selection, hazardous waste training, and internal tracking. * Remain certified as being trained in hazardous waste management, as required by law. * Examine all new processes and projects for environmental impact. * Apply, track, and implement all environmental permits. * Manage the monitoring of air and water discharges including, but not limited to, obtaining and remaining certified as a Visible Emissions Evaluator. * Develop and implement emergency environmental response procedures, * Act as Emergency Coordinator during an emergency situation at the facility. * Develop, implement and manage Environmental Management System. * Meet and or exceed all safety requirements. * Reduce recordable accidents * Reduce lost time accidents * Reduce lost work days * Establish and maintain programs that limit compliance exposure to governmental requirements * Additional duties as assigned Position Requirements: * BS/MS in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering. * Certified Safety Professional is preferred. * Minimum 8 years occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental experience, preferably in steel manufacturing. * Strong background in training employees, supervision and management in all areas of EH&S. * A working knowledge of the applicable Federal, State, and Local laws is required. * Familiarity with industry standards, such as NFPA (National Fluid Power Assn.), ANSI, OSHA, is required. * Minimum 3 years supervising a staff as well as the function. * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex long term projects Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. * Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materials. * Must be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekends. * Position requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness and a safety-minded individual. * Must be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures. * Must have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources. The Rope Access Technician will perform and/or assist NDT Technicians in performing non-destructive Testing of materials. Part Time with potential to go Full Time based on business needs. The successful candidates must be willing to travel out of town on a periodic basis. Job Duties: Set up and calibrate NDT equipment under the supervision of the Certified Technician. Assist or perform, NDT Technicians in performing required inspection. Assist or perform, Radiographers in performing radiography of Piping and Equipment. Scope of Responsibility: This position performs production within prescribed codes, and according to prescribed procedures, specifications, and drawings. Essential Duties: * Uses the Flux Cored Arc Welding process to tack weld various small components to round or formed shafts to make a pole assembly for the welder to weld. The pole assembly generally consists of a round tube or formed shaft, baseplate, hand hole, arm mounting simplex, tenon top, vangs, step lugs, ladder clips, and/or other small parts. * Works in Large Pole department on individual fitter station to assemble pole assembly. Assist material handler in loading round tube or formed shaft on individual fitter station. * Reads and interprets drawings to determine parts needed to assemble pole assembly. Locate and gather Storeroom Personnel staged parts needed for assembly from parts staging area. Frequently pushes, pulls, and lifts up to 50 pounds. * Reads and interprets drawing to assure proper location of various small part attachments. Layout various locations on round tube or formed shaft based upon interpretation of drawings and specifications. * Uses measuring tape, level, square, and angle finders to measure distances and angles. Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides feet, inches, fractions, and decimals. Uses table to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions. * Uses plasma torch and oxy-fuel torch to cut steel. Uses jigs made at Sabre/Texas for laying out vang slots and for cutting holes in shafts for inserting hand hole rims, arm mounting simplex, couplings, and other small parts. Wear protective goggles or welding hood to protect eyes from harmful rays. * Moves around round tube or formed shaft as necessary to get into proper position to accurately measure and assemble components described above including standing on elevated platform when necessitated by the size of the shafts. * Uses motorized grinders, motorized buffers, stone grinders, and drills to help assemble pole assembly according to prescribed specifications, codes and drawing. Wears protective face shield and safety glasses to protect eyes and face. * Adjusts welding machine to achieve desired results within parameters of established welding procedures. Changes tips, ceramic cups, and electrodes in plasma torch as needed to achieve desired cutting results. * Finish weld various products of the unit to keep the product moving through the large pole department in a timely manner. Reads and interprets weld symbols. * Uses oxy-fuel torch to preheat parts prior to welding. Read codes and specifications to determine proper temperature and uses instruments provided to measure temperature. * Uses chipping hammer, wire brush, motorized grinder, and motorized wire brush at various times to clean welded areas. * Uses pneumatic drills and magnetic drills to drill and ream various sizes holes in poles as required by the drawing. * Wears protective equipment, including safety glasses, insulated welding gloves, welding cap, leather sleeves, and/or cape, and welding hood for protection against hot metal, arc rays, grinding debris, and other potentially. * Performs visual inspecting and identifies material discrepancies to assure welds have been completed satisfactorily in compliance with applicable drawings and specifications. Uses a weld gauge to measure weld size. * When called for by the drawings and specifications, must produce full-penetration welds as defined by American Welding Society code. Uses air-arc gouger to remove weld defects, and rewelds to meet specifications. * Uses overhead crane to load finished poles into bolsters for transportation out of the pole assembly area. * Welds other products in other areas, using either Flux-Cored Arc Welding or Gas Metal Arc Welding process. * Assist and instructs other welders and fitters when needed to overcome deficiencies in quality and/or productivity. Position Requirements: * High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred * Must have knowledge of basic shop mathematics, addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication and decimals. * Proficiency in reading complex prints and specifications. * Must know how to properly use a weld gauge. * Read and write. Physical Requirement: * Must be able to stand 100% of scheduled shift.
