Must be able to climb or balance regularly. Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weights, typically up to 10 pounds most of the day. Wear job site-specific personal protective equipment and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. General Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: For purposes of 42 USC 12101: 75% (1) Perform assigned tasks in timely manner: mowing, trimming, cleaning, clearing, painting, watering, sweeping, planting, and ditching as needed. Maintain athletic fields, ball diamonds, athletic courts, green spaces, cemeteries, right-of-ways, bike paths, walkways, park facilities, cutting grass, trimming shrubs, seeding fields, equipment; assist with litter pick-up and restroom cleaning as well as provide support to community special events. 20% (2) Attend all assigned meetings and trainings and inform supervisors of suggestions or ideas that could better the City operation.
