Builds, repairs and cleans storm drains by opening catch basins, removing debris and using machinery to break through blockages; digs trenches, mixes cement, lays bricks, and removes ice, snow and storm debris; maintains and repairs asphalt by repairing pot holes and caves ins and cuts grass; performs and or provides assistance on water distribution systems.
Performs a variety of labor duties to include moving furniture, cleaning and organizing storage areas and painting trim and walls; provides assistance and support in the removal, loading and collection of solid waste; ensures supplies and equipment are properly stored; performs routine checks and preventive maintenance on equipment; identifies and reports equipment malfunctions and cleans meters and equipment as needed.

Our Pipefitters will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and planning of all piping systems on an active construction site, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes. Work involves technical application of pipefitting principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Requirements for this position include:
* High school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimal education required for this position.
* 4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journeyman-level pipefitter in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.

* Deep underground experience
* Start-up and Energizing Experience (Boilers, Chillers)
* Valid Pipefitter license or journeyman card is preferred.

Performs various unskilled task which are associated with asphalt paving and/or grading operations. This includes but not limited shoveling asphalt, stone or dirt.
