Core responsibilities include maintaining compliance with IBEW contract for covered employees, completion of the plan of the week (POW), assisting with employee training & development, facilitating programs such as safety initiatives, performance reviews (PRs) and positive discipline. Balance the needs of customers and the company to ensure that work is completed in a cost effective manner. Demonstrate effective communications when handling customer complaints, problems, and other electric service issues. What you will do We are looking for a skilled Journeymen Chiller Mechanic who has worked in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our team.
