About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Window and Door Install Helper to join our team for new home construction projects. In this role, you will assist our experienced installation crew with the installation of windows and doors in new residential builds. Responsibilities: Assist with the installation of windows and doors in new home construction projects. Transport, load, and unload materials and tools to and from job sites. Help measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation. Secure windows and doors in place, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Seal and weatherproof installations as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols. Work collaboratively with the lead installer and other team members.
