JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Opportunity: We are seeking highly motivated and skilled laborers for manufacturing operations multiple shifts at our West Chicago, IL location:
SECOND SHIFT 3:00-11:00 with a 25 minute paid lunch
THIRD SHIFT 11:00-7:00 with a 25 minute paid lunch
Starting pay $18.17 per hour, depending on the work being performed after "Qualified status" pay can raise up to $21.08 with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Essential Functions:
Operator must meet the minimum production and quality requirements of each job title they perform.
Assemble boxes and package product.
Relieve Mold Press Operators for breaks and lunches.
Wear PPE as required; metatarsal safety shoes, leather operator gloves, protective glasses with side shields, ear plugs. Laborers gloves are optional.
Housekeeping and PM requirements per assigned job title.
Complete all production paperwork accurately, timely and in English as required.
In the absence of the shift supervisor, regarding issues of safety, quality, or productivity, instructions will be provided by the lab tech.
Operate Floor Sweeper.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to tolerate conditions of elevated temperature, dust, and draft.
Must stand throughout shift with continuous movement and be able to climb a ladder to 15 feet above the shop floor.
Must be able to tolerate lifting of up to 50 LBS.
