The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining, gear cutting, and ability to ensure that tools and dies meet tight tolerances required for precision gear production. This position is located in Roseville, MI. The starting hourly pay is $35 per hour. Essential Functions: Tool and Die fabrication and maintenance Manufacturing, modify, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures used in gear cutting, hobbing, shaping, and grinding. Process Improvement & Documentation Assist in developing and improving tooling standards for increased production efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of tooling revision, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues. Follow all safety protocols and safety standards.
