The Precast Concrete Laborer position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.


Position type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire


Daily responsibilities:

• Clean and prep forms for setup.

• Setup forms so they are ready to place concrete into them.

• Make steel reinforcement cages for forms.

• Pour concrete into forms and finish with a trowel.

• Paint, seal, and label finished product as needed.

• Help with building wooden forms as needed.

• Take apart metal and wood forms using various hand/power tools.

• Help in yard with unloading, placement, or loading of product.

• Cleanup, this is a big and very important part of the job.

Hours: Lakelands runs two shifts, Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm.
