Ability to follow directions to perform basic maintenance tasks with examples noted below: •Remove covers from computers, remove labels, stickers and clean out dust from machines.
•Move and relocate equipment and disconnect/connect
•Update and load basic software
•Use designated cleaning solution or wipes to clean exterior of tower or desktop, keyboard and mouse
•Test, label and box computers / equipment for trade-in value credit
•Setup new Chromebooks and update inventory.
2.Able to interact in a positive manner with students, faculty, staff, parents and the visiting public
