Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or designee, assists staff in performing regular, routine, and well-known, semi-skilled maintenance tasks within City-owned facilities and public rights-of-way. This position will work in both a crew and individual setting. May provide directions to other seasonal workers, volunteers, and temporary workers. The salary listed is a range based on per quarter. A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Association for Higher Education (AHE). Evening and/or weekend classes, instruction at satellite Olympic College campuses, and off-campus assignments including travel to clinical sites may be a part of the instructional load.
