Working under the supervision of the Lead Pressman or a shift lead person, the Machine Helper moves work-in-process and finished goods, packages finished goods as required, labels loads, and generally assists the Machine Operator as required during the run.

Job Duties:
- Feed all machines and feeders with printed product
- Remove printed product from machinery and package material according to job requirements
- Sort and package mail according to USPS requirements
- Identify, retrieve and stage material for Lettershop production
- Palletize, identify and position Lettershop finished goods for future operations.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; read the address block and ensure barcodes are clear and legible
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization
- Add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens (10's) and hundreds (100's); use units (money) and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Deal with issues involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Work with moving parts on equipment including all inkjet devices
- Regularly lift and / or move up to fifty (50) pounds of printed products, packages and machinery and stand throughout entire shift
- Inspect and ensure all printed products meet high standards for sharpness, crispness, and overall print quality to verify color accuracy, and monitor print processes to identify and address any inconsistencies, ensure each finished product meets customer specifications
- Meet productivity expectations, organize tasks, and manage time effectively

Duties & Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.
Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability.
Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.
Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of:

Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided.
Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.
Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability.
Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.
Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of:
