Performs all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies.
Acquires tools needed for daily operations
Measures distances from grade stakes, drives stakes, and stretches tight line.
Bolts, nails, aligns, and blocks up under forms.

RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN
El ayudante de tienda es un puesto de nivel de entrada responsable de brindar asistencia en talleres, fábricas y talleres de reparación. Bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Mantenimiento, el Gerente de Planta o el Capataz del Taller, el Ayudante del Taller adquirirá experiencia práctica en el manejo de maquinaria, el mantenimiento de inventarios, la limpieza y la oferta de apoyo general al negocio.
Este rol requiere un cumplimiento constante de la misión y los valores de la empresa, asegurando la producción de productos de alta calidad que cumplan con los estándares de la industria y las expectativas de los clientes, al tiempo que se siguen todos los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad.
Al ser un puesto sensible a la seguridad, las responsabilidades del ayudante de tienda tienen un impacto directo en su salud y seguridad, en la de sus compañeros de trabajo y en la de los usuarios finales de nuestros productos. Todos los puestos de producción y apoyo a la producción entran dentro de esta categoría.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Dispositivos de operación y maquinaria
Ayudar al personal operando maquinaria y herramientas.
Contenedores de chatarra vacíos:
Las fichas van al contenedor de fichas designado.
Las gotas van en el contenedor grande de gotas.
Gestión de inventarios
Supervise los niveles de inventario de suministros y materiales de limpieza.
Recargue el EPP y otros artículos de seguridad según sea necesario.
Reponga los consumibles y otros suministros del soldador/fabricante.
Trabajo de jardinería
Ayudar al operador del patio a organizar los kits y materiales en el patio.
Limpieza de baños, salas de descanso y oficinas
Realizar una limpieza y desinfección exhaustiva de los baños durante cada turno.
Tareas de limpieza completas, que incluyen:
Barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo, aspirar y desinfectar superficies.
Asegurarse de que los lavabos, inodoros y urinarios estén impecables.
Reposición de toallas de papel, papel higiénico y dispensadores de jabón.
Lavado de ventanas y espejos.
Quitar el polvo de muebles y accesorios.
Soporte general
Ayudar a los colegas con las tareas según sea necesario.
Realice la remoción de nieve cuando sea necesario.
CALIFICACIONES
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Gran destreza manual y aptitud para trabajar con herramientas y maquinaria.
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar eficazmente como parte de un equipo.
