DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Check specifications of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained on load sheets. Examine freight to determine loading sequences. Assist Warehouse Manager with morning prep inspection of forklifts. Assist Warehouse Manager with inspection of equipment for wear and for conformance of safety specifications. Ensuring that all pads are folded and strapped to the wall, all trash is removed, debris is swept clean, and equipped with one ladder and one walk board.
