This position involves performing various manual labor tasks that support the daily operations of the agronomy facility. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, able to work in all weather conditions, and contribute positively to the team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the loading and unloading of bulk agricultural products (fertilizers, seeds, chemicals, etc.). Handle, transport, and store materials according to safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, including indoor and outdoor areas. Operate and maintain basic equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and other machinery (training may be provided). Support the preparation and distribution of products, including mixing and packaging of chemicals and fertilizers. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
