As a General Laborer on our Industrial Painting Team, you will be directly involved in the preparation, painting, and finishing of industrial parts and machines. Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Clean and de-grease industrial parts and machines to remove contaminants. Use tools such as sandblasters, grinders, and wire brushes to remove rust, old paint, and debris. Mask off areas that do not require painting to ensure precision. Painting Support: Mix and prepare paint, coatings, and primers according to specifications. Assist painters in applying coatings using sprayers, rollers, or brushes.
