* Counting and stacking finished product
* Reading factory orders
* Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
* Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
* Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
* Transport rolls of paper to and from the press
* Make sure all test rolls or other materials, including in-house nonconforming material are properly labeled and put in our quarantine areas.
* Helps Mounting move boxes of plate material in the warehouse to supply them with the materials they need
* Stage plates for Mounting.
* Stage all customer signed sheets, mylars for upcoming press jobs.
* Store all used printing plates.
* Control the storage of plates and inform customer service / management of plates, which need to be produced to produce upcoming jobs.
* Load and unload miscellaneous materials, i.e. full and empty plate boxes, full and empty varnish totes, pallets of ink drums and kits, edge protectors, etc.
* Change batteries and propane tanks on clamp trucks
* Take trash from press trash carts and places into compactor.
* Keep warehouse clean
* Help with changeovers on the press
* Special projects and other duties as assigned.
