    Responsible for the day-to-day evening shift operations for the Engineering Department including, but not limited to, preventative maintenance, training, trouble calls and project execution.Will be the supervisor in charge under the ADOE/Director of Engineering of a state-of-the-art full service premier resort.They will be a technically sound person, highly organized, and serve as the primary point of contact for the department coordinating daily with the front desk, housekeeping and other operational departments. Strong knowledge of package A/C systems and refrigeration. Solid troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, Knowcross (or similar), and building automation systems. Proven “Change Manager” able to recognize and develop systems and processes to improve department effectiveness. Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Ability to delegate successfully.
