Responsibilities
* Assists carpenter with pouring concrete, laying bricks and building wooden structures to meet needs of facilities
* Assists painters in preparing and applying protective and decorative coats of paint and related material to interior and exterior of buildings and structures
* Assists plumber in installation and repair of plumbing and fixtures to provide maintenance
* Assists building equipment operator in operation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heating equipment to ensure optimum operation
* Assists electrician in repair and installation of electrical facilities and equipment to provide necessary service
* Assists welder in repair and maintenance of various metal equipment
* Perform maintenance on electrical systems (replace light bulbs and receptacles, etc)
* Conduct general upkeep procedures (i.e. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc)
* Assist with necessary general repairs throughout facility concession stands on equipment including but not limited to sinks, ice machines, etc
