Our training class will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training. Our HVAC Install Training Program will start March 10, 2025. Our HVAC Install Helper class will teach candidates how to: * Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications * Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units * Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing * Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes * Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment Qualifications: * Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record * High school diploma (or GED) * Strong decision-making abilities * Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction * Meet all attendance and dependability requirements * Team player * Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older Training: * F.H.
