Job Duties:
Installs generator and related equipment including gas line used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.

Work Performed
* Clean trash from all paved and highly cultivated areas daily.
* Remove trash from campus exterior trashcans daily.

Hourly Range: the hourly range for this role is between $23.25 - $28.93. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

Work includes learning how to run our production equipment, working with signage material, and installing finished products. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with power tools and be able to do basic math and fractions. The job requires the ability to lift and handle material that can weigh up to 90 lbs on their own.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and work on many different projects and interact with professionals from a wide variety of industries.

Who/What Are We Looking For? We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade. Our training class will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training. Our HVAC Install Training Program will start March 10, 2025.
Our HVAC Install Helper class will teach candidates how to:
* Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
* Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
* Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
* Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
* Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Qualifications:
* Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record
* High school diploma (or GED)
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
