Areas of Responsibility
Coordinates with the supervisor and other Leads on an as needed basis to establish schedules, job assignments and packaging sequences to meet packaging goals.
Communicates with Supervisor to resolve employee issues and take appropriate action.
Must be available to attend training seminars/classes as needed.
Delivers and manages work assignments of packaging operators (both USPL and temporary agency).
